Chinook Wireless Coverage Map, 2007
Chinook Wireless is now known as Cellular
One with no relationship to the old Cellular
One in Montana. This was the most recent
Chinook coverage map before they replaced
it with the generic "national"
coverage map. Updated information reported,
Below.
Coverage update provided by Cellular
One:
Five new sites in rural Montana. The first
site is in Gold Creek, and provides
coverage
along I-90 between Drummond and Garrison
Junction. The second is in Southwest
Butte
providing coverage along the I-90/I-15
corridor
and along Montana Highway 2 South of
I-90/I-15.
The third is in West Anaconda providing
coverage
along Montana Highway 1 and additionally
to the West Valley of Anaconda. The
fourth
new site is located outside of Missoula
in
Thompson Falls on Montana Highway 200.
The
fifth new cell site is in Fergus County
outside
Great Falls, and will provide in-vehicle
coverage on US Highway 191 and US Highway
87. This site will also provide coverage
to the towns of Sipple, Hobson, and
Moore.
